Pull request overview
Updates the CAPS (SIGSOFT travel support/childcare assistance) page to avoid stale “open call” details and to reflect the most recent reported support outcomes.
Changes:
- Replaces the per-conference “applications are open” section with a pointer to conference webpages for the latest calls.
- Updates “Recent CAPS support included” with new entries (ICPE 2026, ICSE 2026) and refreshes/extends the list.
