feat: Add Cursor integration guide for GitHub MCP governance via hooks

Summary

• Adds a standalone guide for integrating Agent Control with Cursor via beforeMCPExecution hooks
• Demonstrates blocking GitHub MCP write operations (push_files, create_pull_request, etc.) while leaving read tools open
• Explains the value around centralized team policy and content-aware rules
• Adds Cursor to the integrations nav in docs.json

Notes

• Guide is fully self-contained — no dependency on the examples repo
• Uses a single control (cursor-github-block-writes) to keep it focused
• Hook script parses tool_input JSON so content-aware rules can evaluate nested fields
