Added new test for reporting endpoint.
After logger time I've discovered that simple request can last up to 35 seconds (it was done to check time needed to communicate with FarmCalendar).
Implementation of SQL lite not recommended because it would use persist file except of db for user saving (if user wants to save data without gatekeeper usage). From perspective here, we can maybe in future enable usage with and without db completely.
