Move the GeoSpatial SRS mapping logic from
sql/api/src/main/scalatosql/api/src/main/java.Why are the changes needed?
The Java classes used for spatial reference system mapping in Geo types are currently found under the scala directory, whereas moving them to java will ensure better consistency with the file organization and build system conventions in the codebase.
