Add BasedTrust to ecosystem

What changed? Why?
Added BasedTrust to the apps/web/src/data/ecosystem.json file and uploaded the corresponding project logo. This is to list the active P2P escrow application on the Base Ecosystem page and make it discoverable for the community.

Notes to reviewers
The project is live and fully functional at https://base-trust.vercel.app/.
Compliance checks:

• Live on Base Mainnet.
• Includes Terms & Privacy Policy.
• Logo conforms to specifications (192x192 PNG).

• Verified the JSON syntax in ecosystem.json.
