TA-4814: Remove deprecated Studio batch export/import commands

Description

Studio batch export import commands have been marked for deprecation and up for removal since 1 September 2025. Removing them now.

Deleted also unused code related to its removal.

I would consider it a minor one, considering that the commands have been marked as deprecated for half a year now, and the reason for deprecation itself was the fact that these commands weren't being used.

From semantic versioning viewpoint, this is a major change since its not backwards compatible

From semantic versioning viewpoint, this is a major change since its not backwards compatible.

Merging this PR and we can move the discussion in the version bump PR maybe. I still think the real impact of the change should be taken into account, apart from the backward compatibility as a yes or not question. Considering that the first and last time we did a major bump, was when we fully restructured the tool, which provided a major change in how the tool works and how contributions can be made to it.
