I'm Clément, a data engineer & tech enthusiast working at Grenoble Alpes University Hospital.
I build and maintain data tools used daily by clinicians and biologists across clinical workflows in :
- Genetics & rare diseases (cystic fibrosis, prenatal screening)
- Oncology (skin, lung, pancreatic and brain cancers)
- Hematology (blood disorders and hematological malignancies)
- Infectiology (COVID-19, HIV, HPV, bacteriology)
I currently handle the technical side of the platform, working closely with domain experts to ensure reliability, performance and usability.
Even though my work is rooted in healthcare, my curiosity goes far beyond biology.
I love vibe coding, experimenting with AI, exploring new tech stacks, and building side projects for fun 🚀
- Data engineering for clinical & biomedical use cases
- Omics data processing & automation
- Designing reliable, production-grade pipelines
- Turning complex data into actionable insights
- Strong interest in AI tools, LLMs & automation
- Deploying, fine-tuning, and integrating AI models and LLMs for real-world workflows
- Exploring new AI frameworks and automation techniques
- Languages: Python, TypeScript, Bash
- Web: Vite, modern frontend tooling
- Tools: Git, GitHub Actions, data visualization
- Mindset: clean code, reproducibility, curiosity-driven learning
I run a private and secure infrastructure used as a personal tech lab for:
- testing new tools and architectures
- experimenting with AI and automation
- running side projects and collaborations
- learning by building, breaking and rebuilding
I also run a small web3 & dev community, where we:
- explore decentralized technologies
- build side projects
- share ideas and experiments
- keep tech fun 😄
When I'm not coding:
- 🛹 Skateboarding
- 🌿 Taking care of my plants
- 🏔️ Exploring the Alps
- ⚡ Following emerging tech & AI trends
