Fix scm function storage

There are still fixes and improvements in this branch that were not applied to master:

• storing caller script pointer in stack entry, verifying it on return
• distinction in reporting of empty call stack and reference to missing call stack entry during return
• clearing script related stack entries when script terminates
• additional validation before clearing stack entry from memory
