Convert multiple examples to full-stack demos and modern UI patterns. Key changes: add React frontends, index.html, favicons and vite configs for several examples (mcp-client, mcp-elicitation, mcp-worker, x402, x402-mcp, etc.); replace legacy .dev.vars.example with .env.example for mcp-client and update README usage to use npm start; migrate styles to Tailwind + Kumo and include @cloudflare/agents-ui shared UI; update mcp-client to use agents-ui/Kumo components and use @callable agent methods with useAgent/agent.call instead of agentFetch and raw endpoints; add env examples and type declaration updates; tidy TODOs and AGENTS.md with new conventions (start script, wrangler schema, Tailwind plugin, theme flash prevention script, explainer pattern, and agent elicitation guidance). Also update package.json for examples to include Kumo, agents-ui, Phosphor icons and Tailwind dev deps, and add Tailwind plugin to Vite configs.
