DocuSign Integration

The DocuSign integration allows Quickfire to send, track, and retrieve electronic signatures without leaving the system.

It is most commonly used for proposals, certificates, and required forms.

What This Integration Does

Quickfire can:

  • Send documents for signature
  • Track envelope status
  • Display signing history
  • Download signed documents
  • Surface pending signatures on the Homepage

Envelope activity is cached so status remains visible even during temporary API issues.

How It Shows Up in Quickfire

DocuSign data appears in:

  • Homepage widgets
  • Client and renewal views
  • Proposal workflows
  • Document and attachment histories

You can jump directly from a Quickfire record to the signed document.

Configuration Overview

Configured under Settings → Integrations → Signatures.

You’ll provide:

  • API keys
  • Account identifiers
  • Environment settings

Once connected, DocuSign features become available immediately.

Why It Matters

Signature delays stall revenue. This integration keeps signatures visible and actionable instead of buried in email threads.
