No functional Conscrypt changes. No logical change to remaining builds. Remove orphaned build configuration for benchmark-android, benchmark-base, benchmark-graphs, and benchmark-jmh. Inline preferredSourceSet and preferredNativeFileDir in openjdk/build.gradle now that no other subprojects depend on them. Shame we couldn't fix the benchmarks instead.

The only part that isn't a mechanical deletion is that I inlined one reference to
preferredSourceSet- it had other references from the benchmark build files but its meaning was overloaded in conscrypt/build.gradle to mean the correct architecture to run tests for.
