This change replaces calls to `CGPRepeatedFieldAddRetainedId` with `CGPRepeatedFieldAddId` followed by an explicit `RELEASE_` of the added object. This standardizes the handling of retained objects when adding to repeated fields. PiperOrigin-RevId: 901457345
