There isn't a dedicated list, but I assumed this would be a good list to use for such mails.

No, its not, and seems i need to do motion on TSC group who should be on this list and what is criteria. Because i am not sure i can remove anybody on my own decision.

Add lab working group, and sort the other lists alphabetically and add myself to the other WG's
