The v2 provider is now the default and the `GLUE_JOB_EXECUTOR_PROVIDER` has been deprecated. * Updated the configuration page to note the new default and deprecation. * Removed the note discussing the new provider and instead note the new default and deprecation. Resolves [DOC-8](https://linear.app/localstack/issue/DOC-8/switch-the-default-glue-executor)
