Purpose
Same as previous repos, setuptools 81.0.0 onwards doesn't support
pkg_resourceswhich means we can't build mmcv. On top of that a few packages are updated because of vulnerabilities.Build the docker image locally and tested conversion for a few models through the UI after these changes.
