For Unix installation, read INSTALL.

For a Windows source build, Visual Studio is recommended.  You will need
to install boost regex++ for the Re module.

For windows binary usage, download prothon-win32-xxx.zip from Prothon.org, 
unzip, and run prothon.exe in the unzipped folder.
