- Replace matrix strategy with single job downloading pre-built binaries - Add download steps for both amd64 and arm64 artifacts - Extract and rename executables for architecture-specific naming - Simplify Dockerfile to copy pre-downloaded executables using TARGETARCH - Remove source build steps from Docker image build
