• Added a menu-only “Paste Reformatted Markdown” action to join wrapped markdown paragraphs and bullet lists while preserving blank lines and fenced code blocks.
• Path quoting now only wraps standalone paths (not commands or sentences) when they contain spaces (#17, thanks @n0an).
