Clarify idle detection and introduce Services

Summary

• Clarifies that TTY sessions don't survive hibernation — Services do
• Adds a sprite-env services create example for auto-restarting processes on wake
• Links wake-on-request in the networking section back to Services
• Adds "Active Services with open connections" to the idle detection list
