Boa! Só queria levantar um ponto.
Nosso CONTRIBUTING.md ja foi desse jeito, e não funcionou muito bem. O ideal é que tenhamos os guidelines do nosso projeto, ou seja: convenção de commits, se tiver uma ideia, quais os passos, se quiser pegar uma issue pra fazer, o que fazer... esse tipo de coisa. E quanto ao guia pra iniciantes, seria também no mesmo arquivo um bom lugar para links.
